Hi Guys,
I'm using Office 365 and was wondering how do you guys manage the mailbox's of employees who have left the company but their emails are still required and valuable to the company?
Just been looking through the mailboxes are we have employee's who have left years ago yettheir still using their mailboxes.
How would you suggest freeing up old mailboxes yet still having access to their mail?
