We are looking into using Office 365, and we are trying to find out if there are any downsides to using it. We are looking at the mid-size business version, that would include local copies. One of our primary concerns is that it appears to have hosted exchange capabilities, but we don't know how to add our utility and group boxes that have no body attached. We wouldn't want to pay a full subscription for that. Maybe the site boxes can be used instead? Any insight into this product would be greatly appreciated!
