The company I work with is planning to merge with a sister company. Naturally this means that we'll need to all be using the same email server. Currently, we use Office 365 but the other company uses Gmail.
I've been told to use an active directory synchronization but I don't really know the specific steps. I have administrator access to all the servers in question as well as admin privileges in the Office 365 Outlook portal.
Can anybody give me straight forward steps on how to go through this process?
