Hello all. We have acquired 2 new locations and each location has their own domain email address accounts. We have since moved the 2 new sites under our 1 main site in Office 365. What we want to happen is that when someone emails user@site2.com or user@site3.com it goes to the primary email address of user@site1.com. This is happening most of the time, but there are some email that still ends of funneling to the other site2.com and site3.com email accounts. There appear to be no rhyme or reason in the random emails that end up in the old accounts.
- I have verified the domain names.
- I have checked the MX records and they are all pointing to the correct mail.protection.outlook.com address
- I have ran then DNS test on the Office 365 Exchange Domain Name Server (DNS) Connectivity Test and passed everything.
Any ideas on what I may be missing here? Or suggestion on troubleshooting this random issue?
