Office 365 and generic email accounts

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking to move to "E3" Office 365 and have a question regarding email accounts.

We have several accounts on our existing Exchange server (2003) that are used for incoming requests (info, guestservices, help, @domain.fun).

Do those have to be licensed the same way as a standard user?   They are never used at a PC level (no office products needed) and are only accessed by mail management software (we use Visnetic "Mailflow" to manage all these emails from guests / customers).   I may occasionally use OWA to access the boxes for testing and configuration purposes.  I have confirmed that the Visnetic product can managed these mailboxes in an Office 365 environment.

So do they count as a full user or can they be setup as a e1 level with the normal users as e3?

Thanks!

Ed
