Office 365 hybrid Outlook config

We are setting up Office 365 in hybrid configuration, existing Exchange Server 2007 and new Exchange server 2010. Once it's all setup / connected etc., we will gradually move user mailboxes to the cloud.

Users currently have their Outlook server setting pointing at the existing Exchange Server 2007, will this setting need to be changed after the Hybrid Configuration Wizard, either if the users mailbox is on premise or on the cloud?
