Hey Everyone,
First of all thank you for answering. Spiceworks users are my first choice for support (other than google) before I have to call software support.
Secondly - I'm deploying Office365, with EOP and hybrid Exchange mailboxes.
I have gotten to creating my hybrid organization configuration. I am recieivng this error when I try to "Manage the Configuration" in EMS 2010 sp3. The box is VMWare MSS 10R2 SP1.
This is the error I'm receiving, from the logs:
[1/18/2014 14:42:14] INFO:Cmdlet: Get-FederatedOrganizationIdentifier --Processing Time: 0.
[1/18/2014 14:42:14] INFO:Disconnected from On-Premises session

[1/18/2014 14:42:14] ERROR:Updating hybrid configuration failed with error 'Subtask Configure execution failed: Creating Organization Relationships.
Execution of the Get-FederatedOrganizationIdentifier cmdlet had thrown an exception. This may indicate invalid parameters in your Hybrid Configuration settings.
