Office 365 inexpensive host options?

I am coming up to replacing our Exchange 2007 implementation. I've already budged in internally hosted Exchange 2013 but I really would like to push this out to an outsourced party. Problem is all the vendors I have dealt with have had a pretty high cost for hosting, high enough that on a 3 year ROI comparison, local hosted is less expensive (and yes I do realize that I am not counting labor costs on the host's end).

What are people using for 1-75 user Office 365 hosting solutions.
