ADFS Certificate Expiring

I'm using Office 365 with single sign-on. My certificate was expiring, so I went ahead and got a new one. I replaced the certificate in the ADFS server, as per the instructions on this page:

http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/2554.ad-fs-2-0-how-to-replace-the-ssl-service-communications-token-signing-and-token-decrypting-certificates.aspx

But even after doing that, I'm still getting a warning when I log in that one of my certificates is expiring. How can I double check that I didn't miss any steps, and that my new certificate is indeed being applied?
