O365 Question and Licencing

Quick question, I tried doing some research, found some information, but it didnt really fulfill the question I have, so trying to get some clarification, as I want to keep some things legal.

We have a business, that totals 5 PC's. Everyone uses whatever PC is free when they come in.We are needing Word and Excel mainly on the 5 PC's. O365 allows for 5 installs per user. Here is my question: can I take that 0365 with the 5 installs and apply it to the 5 PC's, under an account basically named 'Shared@'.

The Microsoft Office TOS doesnt really define if this is legal or not. I can make arguments both ways (For : The Business is the 'User', ergo the 5 PC's belong to the Business, allowing for 5 installs, 1 of the licences per PC).
