Hey Guys - I want to make sure I'm not missing some sort of obvious solution here. Awhile back we had a request to send automatic replys for a shared mailbox on every single email it received. So example, a customer sends an email, they get a notification that its been received, and if they send another 5 minutes later they STILL get the same automatic message.
We had no great ideas to automatically reply to every email continuously. And just for the sake of trying something we ended up with a VM that runs an Outlook client (as the shared box) with reply rules and automatically restarts itself every few minutes. From my end, this is garbage. Lots of issues with Outlook crashing, or whatever else. But from the business end, it works as intended and they want 5 more....
So my question is can I replace this with online rules instead? We did...
