We currently us O365 for mail and office, no Azur or anything like that. I'm looking into integrating O365 to our AD so users don't have different logins and passwords. Anyone have experience doing this? I've looked into ADFS and it seems straightforward but wanted to check it there were any "gotchas" you might have ran into. The hard part for me I think is the fact that our logins to O365 are our email addresses but in AD its obviously not that. I also don't want to sync everything in AD to O365 as I have test users and service accounts that don't need a mailbox or O365. Looking into it I think I would use DirSync with Password Sync as my integration type but would like the DirSync with SSO for ease of use. I see though that SSO will be difficult to implement.
