we have about 350 email user on O365 and some of these are experimenting an issue with file attached to messages; several pdf and word documents seem corrupted when downloaded from OWA. The same files open fine through Outlook. I have tried several browser on different machine with the same results, including disabling AV, firewall and so on. The files downloaded from OWA are smaller in size than the original ones and, opened in Notepad++ they appear as html document in which the body contains what it seems the (or part of) original file; for example:
