My questions is directed at Microsoft reps on Spiceworks.
There is a small company that does not have a volume license agreement with Microsoft, they purchase OEM with each new workstation and server as it is cheaper. But I have been slowly moving them to some Office 365 products. They have a handful of seats for Office Pro Plus and SharePoint. Up to now, they have used an executive’s personal CC to pay for them. I want them to move to a VAR for the continuing renewal and even purchase one year upfront. They have a relationship with a VAR who said it would be added to the VLA. I reminded the VAR, they have no VLA. He was not sure how it was possible to purchase the renewals and apply them to the preexisting account.
