I'm currently running my environment in a hybrid mode to migrate to office 365. We will not be implementing ADFS only AD Connect. It works very well so far. Only thing is when I try to add a secondary address for a user in the cloud it wont let me. I get this error on my exchange and this error in o365. So how do i accomplish this :)
