I currently have a user that is having an issue receiving notifications in Outlook 2016. I recently upgraded him to the new version. Here is what happens.
When he receives an email, the on screen notification can take hours to show up. He said it varies on how long it takes, sometimes 10 minutes, sometimes 2 hours. I have tried to disable notifications and enable them again for outlook because I found an article that suggested to do that. Any suggestions are welcome.
