200 Rackspace Hosted Mailboxes to 365 - Few Questions..

I have a customer who currently has 200 users with rackspace.. They want to move to 365..

Some details.. 1. They don't want to do it all at the same time. 2. They are spread all over the US..

I've done about 20 or so cutover migrations and used MigrationWiz once (to do a Zimbra to 365) but all the ones I've done have been for local customers..

I'm not sure if this is a project we should take on or if it's possible with MigrationWiz (or similar)..

I've never used the Deployment Pro for MigrationWiz so I'm guessing it's possible to use that since it's all remote..

I've also never had to do a staged migration and not sure MigrationWiz even does those..

Any helpful replies are appreciated..
