We have Office 365, and our emails are through theExchange Online. I work for 2 companies, and each one has its own tenant. For only one of the tenants, I have constant problems with Outlook and the user profiles. The users randomly get problems, like emails not sending out, calendars not updating, not getting emails, etc, and I cannot fix them with anything but deleting their Outlook Profile and creating a new one. Why is this happening? I've never had that issue with users at the second company. I would like to not have to constantly (at least once a week) recreate profiles (and wait for the subsequent download of all the emails). What can be causing profile corruption? Is there a fix to issues of no longer syncing with Exchange Online that I can try before nuking the profiles?
