If you have a resource, you can use a mail enabled universal security group for delegating full access, send as, send on behalf. You can not however it seems use it for booking delegates. If yo set it not to auto accept/decline and instead have delegates, you have to list individual users.
Can anyone else confirm that? It's a bit frustrating that they don't appear to allow it.
