Hi Guys,
Wanted to get your thoughts on this we have a user mailbox using an Office 365 business premium license and they have filled the 50gb Limit.
If we enable the online Archiving, will this just add an Archive folder both in OWA and into their outlook client and essentially Give them an extra 100gb limit to the 50gb that is already full?
Or more so, will it Take some of the full 50gb mailbox, move this to the 100gb limit archive and then both will begin to fill up (so essentially freeing up some of the original 50gb mailbox and both will begin to fill up as the original 50gb mailbox receives incoming mail but older email goes to the Archive...filling up the extra space that gives).
Am I Making any sense!?
