Hi,
Yesterday I was checking for users no longer in use in my AD and saw a user that I was certain that was still using his mail.
I check again and saw that the users password was last changed in 21-02-2016 and we have passwords that expires after 3 months. Ithought I might be wrong about the user still using his mail from Office 365, but the next day checked last logon date in Office 365 and it was saying that he logged on 07-09-2016... I called the guy and checked in his end, he received a mail just a few moments before i logged on.
I have checked and his password is not set to never expire in AD.
Why is this guy still able to login to his mail using a outlook client? He does need access to his mail, but I can't see how he is getting in when his password is expired - Does anyone know why this is possible?
