We are in the process of moving to Office 365. We will be running a hybrid environment. I recently activated the included free Azure basic subscription and set up the custom branding feature. Unfortunately it is only working for xxxxx@domain.onmicrosoft.com logins. Only the admin has an ID with the 'onmicrosoft' in the domain.
Back on the OFC 365 settings the default domain is set to the 'onmicrosoft' domain as it must be for our type of deployment. Looking at the Azure side the primary domain is set to the 'onmicrosoft' domain as well. Can this be changed on the Azure side or will it negatively affect the Office 365 default setting?
