Deploying Office 365 Click-to-Run Updates over network

We are about to rollout Office 365 desktop suite across the network, but I'm having trouble finding guidance on how to deploy updates.

In the config file we have putas we don't won't the machines auto updating over the Internet.

Then I think I need to rerun the ODT download command again to get the new version on Patch Tuesdays.

Then clients will check that path and see the newly download version. Is that right or do I need to redeploy office to those machines again? I'm a little unclear if this is the right/best way to approach updates.
