Hello!
I am running into issues where I cannot do certain things, like renew a client from Office 365 Small Business Premium into Office 365 Business Premium. I opened a support case, and the tech is telling me that I will not see the green Renew button unless I am logged in as an actual tenant global admin account or any actual global admin on their tenant.
I thought that there was no difference between being a partner and delegated admin vs. actual tenant global admin when it comes to managing subscriptions.
Apparently, a “delegated admin” global admin is not the same as a tenant global admin account. Or what I am being told is incorrect and the console is just wigging out.
What has your experience been?
