So my help-desk guy has been a struggle with getting his permission to create an Office 365 mailbox in the ECP for our hybrid environment. We use Exchange 2016 locally.
My boss and I both see this:
The help-desk guy is missing the last one and I am not sure why. Does anyone know what all permissions is needed so he can enable the remote mailbox? Mind you my boss and I have First_Last@contoso.com accounts and a separate flast@conotoso.onmicrosoft.com account for administrating 365. His account is flast@contoso.com and a separate admin of flast@contoso.onmicrosoft.com for his admin account, which could prove to be an issue.
