Question for those that have migrated to Exchange Online/Office 365: Did you go direct to Microsoft or via a third party such as Rackspace?
Reason for my question is that I called the Office 365 sales number earlier to go over some pre-sales technical queries and the people i spoke to could hardly speak a word of english. In the end I had to abandon the call as I wasn't getting anywhere.
I then called Rackspace and they were much more helpful.
Trusting Microsoft with our business email system based on the people I spoke to earlier doesn't fill me with confidence - in fact it put me off going direct.
