We are bumping up against the max users for SBS 2011 (75) So I was wondering if its possible to link/hybrid the SBS Exchange to Office 365 to add new users and gradually move the older users at our own pace. Or should we just move everybody to Office 365 at once and then upgrade to Server 2012 for the in house server. By the way is it a good idea to upgrade SBS 2011 to 2012 given all the custom active directory stuff or is fresh install better. Last question we use a shared folder on the SBS server as their main data storage of working files, is there a recommended way to "recreate" this file structure in the Office 365 cloud, I know OneDrive would work for their personal data but the main data needs to be accessible to every body both in-house and in the field, is Sharepint capable of doing this or should we use something like...
