We have the following problem with a contact we created and renamed afterwards in AD & O365:
The alias in the person's contact page (Outlook) refuses to update to the new username
The main email-address also starts with the old alias + @...onmicrosoft.com instead of the new name + @companydomain.com
When I look into the Attribute Editor of the user in AD the old alias is nowhere to be found so im curious if there is a solution for this.
Anyone else had this problem before?
