This one has pussled me for some time now..
Users are on O365 and connecting with Outlook 2016.There is a mail-enabled public folder, where users are publishing editor.
For easy access, users are putting the public folder in favorites in Outlook, but here's where it gets weird.
From time to time, the public folders disappears from favorites. And sometimes, when user tries to re-add to favorites, Outlook will throw an error:Cannot expand the folder. The set of folders cannot be opened. As if user does not have permissions to access folder.
If user goes to OWA, he can add the PF to favorites, restart Outlook, and it will be there - accessible by the user now.
User was given a new Outlook profile, and we have checked AND double checked the permissions, but issue is still occurring.
This issue occurs randomly to all users, not at the same...
