I just changed a client yesterday from GoDaddy POP3 to Office 365 and imported their 10GB+ PST files into Outlook. At one location with a 150Kbps uplink, the sync is OMG SLOW, and the Outlook clients are not getting new mail even after syncing all night.
Cell phones and OWA show the new mail, but not Outlook. It seems like Outlook is more concerned about uploading the imported contents than it is about receiving new mail.
Is there a way to make Outlook receive NEW mail as a priority over its trying to upload the imported PST contents?
