We have a few clients that remote into our office via GoToMeeting to discuss bookkeeping. Because we having Office 365, I brought this up that it would be free. A few questions were asked that I do not know the answers to:
Will it be compatible with their software if they don’t use office 365?
It is easy for them to install?
Do they have to make changes to their system etc.
We have to remember, not all our clients are computer/software savvy and they block a lot of things.
