Certificate / Resources Error Upgrade to Office 2016

We have an old 2007 on permis exchange server which is still on but don't working because it has been migrated to 365 but still acts as the DC and file server. When upgrading office I am getting the two errors even tho it is clearly connecting to the 365 profile because there are up to date emails coming through and I changed the DNS on the pc before setting up to google so it would pickup the old exchange server.
