Backstory: (names have been changed to protect the innocent)
25 user Enterprise E3 trial account. It is now a paid account. The trial was converted from E3 to ProPlus (only choice given). When we realized this wasn't correct, we contacted MS who helped us change to Business Premium.
"PGtech@pg.com" is the global account administrator.
Other accounts are user-1@pg.com, user-2@pg.com (both single mailboxes, 9gb and 2gb PST files, respectively), accounting@pg.com and receptionist@pg.com, both shared mailboxes (just under 1gb each).
The PGtech@pg.com account was given the Mailbox Import/Export role permission, and is also given access to the shared mailbox.
AZcopy was used to upload PST files to the 'ingestiondata' blob in Azure for all four accounts. Successful uploads were reported.
