I have recently migrated to O365 and having a couple of issues with some of the user accounts.
Main user account which is linked to our O365 account.
Second/third account connects to the O365 account; though is connected to the main account using "main username/password combo"
We have example: host1@company.com - Connects to Outlook successfully on all 4 Xenapp servers.
Host2@company.com - Will connect to Outlook client successfully (can see emails etc) then requests to "Activate" (normal activity) you type the correct email address which has the license attached on host1@company.com.au.... Errors: "We don't recognise this user ID or password" and defaults back to "host2@company.com" email address.
I know this O365 account works as it works with the host1@company.com user account; can also connect to Portal.microsoft website.
