One of our clients recently requested a name change for an employee. I made the necessary changes in AD, set the correct Proxy Address in the Attribute Editor tab, and forced a directory sync. Everything seems to be syncing, however the employee's Username in Office365 still shows the old email address. I've been told that there is a way to force that to change, and I've also been told that it cannot be changed. Any ideas?
