Hi All,
I have a site using Office 365 SharePoint and One Drive for business to sync files and folders, i must say i have limited experience with these products.
1. Does anybody seem to know why the icon sometimes drops back to a folder instead of the SharePoint icon? See below. All seems to work OK just users think there is a problem. We don't see this on all users just a special select few.
2. One user also reports that one of the folders has renamed itself from "Client - ABC" to the letter "T". I have looked all through the config of the SharePoint and cannot find any references to the this title anywhere. On his PC i removed the sync for this folder and configured again, for it to work for a short while then it reverted back to the letter "T" again. Anybody have any ideas on this?
