I am looking for a tool/method to export email stats from Office365.
In the new 365 Admin panel there is a way to export (Reports > Email Activity > Usage > Export) but it doesn't include shared mailboxes which are used primarily in each department.
There was also the option of a PS script available on the net which exports to a CSV, close to what we need but it only has a few days worth which is only what is available. Going back further than that would end up in the same situation as running a message trace, "Submit log, wait hours till results are available".
Are there any existing methods that are being used to retrieve the data? Preferably in an excel format. What do you use?
