Platform : Combination of Windows 7/8/8.1/10 and Office 2016 Ver 16.0.
We have migrated about 70 email accounts to O365 Business Essentials. We had enable Cached Mode for 12 months (which is by default also), and configuration went fine without any issue and imported the old emails which were in form .pst files and import went successful.
Problem :
1. Cannot see all the emails on Webmail which are in Outlook Client and seeing the status right bottom " Updating Inbox. Connected to: Microsoft Exchange" Is that normal to take this much long time to sync ? how to verify if the time taking is reasonable not other issue ?
2. And cannot receive the recent email (lets say today's email) on Outlook Client but received in Webmail, and when we Unchecked the "Cached Mode", it's loading on Outlook client. Not sure what's wrong...
