Hey all, so I'm stuck in the same MS partner gong show nightmare as a few other people. I've got a few small clients of my own who I have migrated to Office 365 in the past several years, and I realize I am likely giving up some easy recurring revenue by not putting my company as the partner of record on their account. I signed up for the Microsoft Partner Network, filled out my company profile, and it gave me an organization partner ID. If I go back to my clients O365 portals and attempt to enter this partner ID, it says 'Sorry, we don't have a record for this partner ID. Please verify the Partner ID and try again.'.
So, first question is this just a delay in the process between signing up, or is there something else I need to do in order to be able to add my partner ID as partner of record on the O365 account?
