We have Office365 Plan E2 with 300+ users. For the past two weeks we've had (in increasing numbers) issues with users Outlook 2010 dropping connection, and not being able to reconnect.
We've rebuilt machines, tried Outlook 2013, checked DNS, MX, etc, and nothing has resolved it.
I'm curious if anybody else is having these issues? Microsoft has acknowledged it as a known issue, finally.
It's been slowly affecting more and more of our users, with the count now at around 10.
