My company has about 50 users presently and uses Office 365 Small Business Essentials with a handful of Premium licenses. Our telephony is served by a hosted provider who provides us with a dedicated T1 line and we have desktop Cisco phones that we manually configure to talk to their service. 6 of our users are in our NY office which also uses the same hosted phone service and the data and voice traffic are managed with QoS on a single Internet connection. All works well as is but in the interest of saving money and integration capabilities, I'm considering the Office 365 E5 plan including the hosted Skype for Business/PBX functions.
