I'm looking for some advice from other techies out there. We are having real problems syncing a SharePoint Online site (Documents library) to local PCs via the Microsoft OneDrive For Business 'sync' tool, it simply doesn't work properly - we're regularly receiving calls from an end user to which we find the tool stuck syncing a small number of files e.g 1 or 2, and have already ran into issues with the file limitations.
I am currently experimenting third-party tools (such as SPSync) but still not having much luck, can anyone offer anything in the way of advice for alternative tools/methods to get the syncing working reliably?
