OK - I swear I've been reading everything I can get my hands on, but I'm dealing with a curveball on this one that I could use someone's experience with.
I'm preparing to move my company to Office365. I already have Active Directory Sync up and running, and my company is currently using Skype for Business through O365 - I'm now at the point that I'm ready to start getting our Exchange server up there (we don't use Sharepoint).
We have an Exchange 2013 box on-premises, and the ultimate goal is to get everything off it into O365, and then decomission it. I had planned to do a cutover migration - but I'm reading that with cutover, you can't already have AD Sync installed and already have pushed AD accounts to O365....which now sounds like cutover won't work. Also sounds like I can't continue to manage my AD accounts with...
