We have users for example UserA, UserB.
Both of them have full access in Outlook 2016 to DepartmentB email address.
When they go into that mailbox, and they reply... their reply replies as "DepartmentB" but puts the sent email into their personal sent box.
Therefore, UserA, if responding can read the thread in DepartmentB by clicking "Show Reply". However, UserB can only see a reply happened but can not follow along in the thread.
This happened when we upgraded from 2011 to 2016 on Macbooks.
Anyone have any insight?
