Office 365 MDM

Hello everyone,

Had a quick question about Microsoft Office 365 Mobile Device Management. We will be rolling it out to our users shortly and have an accompanying waiver. If someone decides to opt out, is there a way to prevent them from having access to Mobile Outlook and running through the MDM/Company Portal/Intune on their own but still have access to OWA?
