Hello, A couple of months ago I was testing mobile device management. I had created a policy and assigned it to a specific user. After the testing was done I deleted the policy and set up the account on the phone again. When I try to sync the users email I get an email with the subject of "Action required to access your organization". I've tried to follow the steps to no avail. I've also tried changing the users settings through powershell and even removed the device from his mailbox using Remove-MobileDevice, but when it tries to sync it shows up as quarantined. Can you please help me resolve this so the user can check his email through the phone. Thanks.
