Office 365 - Cannot add DKIM as the DNS isn't being checked

We have a client with multiple domains - a primary one that is used for their on-premise AD, and several others that are used solely for websites and O365 email.

They use ADFS sync to keep things up-to-date in the O365 setup and I have managed to add DKIM signing to the primary domain.  However, when I create the relevant DNS records and then try and enable it on one of the email only domains it can't see the record.  When I look it says Last Checked On 15 Dec 2015.

So far, I have been unable to find the mechanism to get this to refresh.

Can anyone advise??
