I have a user on dell latitude laptop running windows 7 and office 2010. We recently converted to office 365 and when I configure the email on this machine autodiscovery goes through the steps but then constantly prompts for the credentials when reaching the log in to server step. We tried setting it up on another machine and it worked fine.
I've cleaned out the credentials vault. I've checked registry settings per some threads I found while researching the issue.
Webmail access for it works fine but we just can't get outlook to connect.
Anyone ever have this issue?
