I use Outlook 2013 and Exchange 2013 with my business, but I recently wanted to pull up an email that I placed in the folder for a client. When I type the email in the search bar, it pops up. But when I go to the actual folder, it's not there at all. I need this email as a reference for a client. Is there any way I can get the emails to pop up in my folder rather than searching for the email every time I want to reference it?
