Aside from application servers, what else do you need?
1TB of cloud storage... Is this in a fully redundant datacenter? Does it need backed up or is it expected to be resilient enough that nothing gets lost?
Skype... Does this include a phone number? I've seen you can get Skype compatible handsets... How would an office do an auto attendant menu. Can you just skip the phone system and use Skype?
